Promax Digital UAE ("Promax Digital", "we", "us") is a printing, packaging and custom gifts business at Compass Building, Al Shahada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (P.O. Box 31291). We run promaxdigitaluae.com. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers our website, our WhatsApp, phone and email contact, and the adverts and lead forms we run on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn.

We collect only what we need to quote, make and deliver your order and to run our business.

• Contact details: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, company name and delivery address.
• Order details: the product, size, quantity, artwork, logos, design files and any notes you send us.
• Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the forms on this site.
• Lead form details: the answers you give in a Google, Meta or LinkedIn lead form when you ask us for a quote.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that sent you here, and approximate location, collected by cookies and similar tools.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.

• To reply to your request, prepare a quote and send a digital proof.
• To make, pack and deliver your order, and to provide support after delivery.
• To keep records required for tax, accounting and UAE law.
• To understand how the website is used, fix problems and keep it secure.
• To measure and improve our advertising, and to show our adverts to people who may be interested.
• To send you updates about your own order. We send marketing messages only if you agreed or asked for them, and every message has a way to opt out.

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use these tools:

• Google Analytics 4 (the Google tag) (tag G-8FHG1839M8) to count visits and see which pages help people.
• Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, to measure results and show our adverts to people who visited our site.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), when we run Meta campaigns, to measure results and build audiences.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag, when we run LinkedIn campaigns, to measure results and understand our business audience.

These providers may set their own cookies and receive data such as your IP address, device details and the pages you view. Their use of that data is described in their own policies, linked below. We do not give them your name, phone number or email unless you submit it to us through one of their lead forms.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use these controls:

• Google: Ads Settings and Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Meta: Ad preferences.
• LinkedIn: Advertising preferences.
• General: Your Online Choices.

If you block cookies, the website still works. Some measurement and advert features will not.

When you fill in a lead form on Google, Meta or LinkedIn, the platform gives us the details you entered. We use them only to contact you about your request. We do not use lead form data for anything unrelated, and we do not sell it.

We follow the advertising and data policies of each platform, including the Google Ads policies, the Meta Privacy Policy and LinkedIn Privacy Policy. We do not use sensitive categories, such as health, religion or financial hardship, to target adverts. Our adverts are for business products and are not aimed at children.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed:

• Delivery and courier partners, so your order reaches you.
• Printing and production partners, when part of your order is made outside our own workshop.
• Website hosting, analytics, advertising and communication providers (for example Google, Meta, LinkedIn and WhatsApp) that help us run the business.
• Professional advisers, and government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are outside the UAE. When we use them we rely on appropriate safeguards, as UAE data protection law requires.

We keep order and accounting records for as long as the law requires. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them. Artwork files are kept so we can reorder for you, and we delete them on request.

We use secure hosting, access limits and trusted providers. No system is perfectly safe, but we work to protect your data and will act quickly if a problem happens.

Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL), and similar laws, you can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong;
• delete your data or limit how we use it;
• stop using your data for marketing or advert targeting;
• withdraw a consent you gave earlier.

Email sales@promaxdigitaluae.com from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Send an email to sales@promaxdigitaluae.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the name, phone number or email you used with us, and if the request is about an advert, the platform (Google, Meta or LinkedIn). We will confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law. You can also message us on WhatsApp.

If you gave us data through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our access to it in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.

Our website and services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you think a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.

Our pages link to other sites such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Last updated: October 2026.
